Issue a single certificate to one person. The PDF is generated and stored automatically.
Bulk upload
Upload a CSV of test results to issue certificates in one batch. Columns: holderName, holderEmail, courseName, platform, division, score, passMark, expiresAt. Division must be one of Academic, Education, ELT, Group. Leave expiresAt blank for no expiry, or use a date like 2027-06-21. Limit 500 rows. Certificates are issued in the background — you can leave this page and the job will keep running.
Certificate templates
Upload an HTML template per division. Mark one as default per division — that's the design used when sending or bulk-issuing certificates for that division. Available placeholders: {{holderName}}, {{courseName}}, {{platform}}, {{score}}, {{passMark}}, {{issuedAt}}, {{expiresAt}}, {{certId}}, {{verifyUrl}}, {{logoUrl}}.
API keys
Each integration partner (external assessment platform) gets their own key. Keys are stored as a one-way hash — the actual key is shown once at creation. Revoke any key instantly if it's compromised.

Create company accounts and assign roles. New users receive a temporary password shown once below.

Email Sender
Choose which provider sends system emails (OTP codes, certificate delivery). Only one is active at a time.
Logos
Upload your organisation's logo. It's used automatically on the built-in certificate design and is available as {{logoUrl}} in custom templates. Accepted formats: PNG, SVG, JPG, WebP.
Template Designer
Drag elements onto the certificate canvas, customize styling, and save as a template. It will appear in the template dropdown for Send a certificate and Bulk upload.
